Background
Diamond Agency Pte Ltd("DAPL") was incorporated on 21/06/2011 as Indotech Pte. Ltdbefore it was changed to DAPL on 03/11/2011 . It is owned by sole director/ shareholder MsMevie Yanie ( "MsYanie", aged 44), an Indonesian who has obtained Singaporecitizenship in 2018.

DAPL's core businessesare as follows:

• Employment agency : Providing domestic helpers (maids) to households . This business contributes 30% ofthe total revenue and its operations are handled by MsYanie and one other staff.
  
  The domestic helpers are sourced from Indonesia and DAPL will assist the potential employers with application forwork permit and schedulemedical check-ups. It is operated at their registered address (also subject mortgaged property) located at 10 Anson Road #32-18 International Plaza S079903. According to Ms Yanie, a service fee of $888.00 is levied (excluding lodging and insurance) on the potential employers.
  
  
• Trading of Indonesian specialty food products (i.e herbs, snacks and frozen food) via online platform . The customers are acquired mainly through word of mouth referrals from existing clients . The products are imported directly from Indonesia or local distributors . Currently , this business segment contributes 10% of the total revenue.

• Operator in food and beverage industry ("F&B") selling traditional Indonesia cuisine. This contributes 60% oftheir total revenue with around 11 staff managing the operations. This business segment operates under the following brand names:
  1. Diamond Mart : Operating in LuckyPlaza food court located at #01-67, #01-68, #01-69, #01-71, #01-72
  2. IndoSoup Padang: Restaurantis located at Lucky Plaza #02-04 on the extreme right corner of level 2. The restaurant is surrounded by F&B outlets and mini supermarkets
  3. Indosnacks: Lucky Plaza #04-89
  
  
  Monthly rentals are at $9K (food court) and $7K ( restaurant ).
